Frank M. Ingalls was born in 1861 in Iowa. He came to Missoula, Montana, in about 1890 and operated a photography studio. He mostly took portraits of Missoulians, in the studio or in other locations. By 1903, this studio was located on the fifth floor of the First National Bank Building in downtown Missoula. Edward "Stan" Healy was born in Missoula, Montana, in 1918, the son of Edward and Emma Healy. He attended Whittier Grade School and graduated from Missoula County High School.
